Wellhead Adapters

GT Series

PFT’s GT-type adapters are flanged top and bottom. Years of experience have convinced us that a flanged top connection is safer and faster than the well-known knock off cap version. These adapters are available in the following sizes:

GT6: API 7-1/16" 3M flanged top and bottom and can be supplied with lockscrews in the top flange. The 7" tubing hanger will accommodate 2-3/8" or 2-7/8" tubing. The feed-thru port is prepared to accept a mini mandrel or a Gator Feed™.

GT8: API 7-1/16” 3M flanged bottom x 9” 3M flanged top and can be supplied with lockscrews in the top flange. The 9” tubing hanger will accommodate 2-3/8” – 3-1/2” tubing. The feed-thru port is prepared to accept a mini mandrel or a Gator Feed™ .

Cable Pack-off Wellheads

PFT does not provide or recommend (for safety reasons) the use of pack-off systems. We can, however, convert existing pack-off systems to a feed-thru type system. Depending on the type of pack-off a new tubing hanger may be required. As these are generally low pressure systems we recommend the Gator Feed™ feed-thru.

Toadstool Adapters

PFT does not supply toadstool adapters as they are generally sold with a 3M/5M wellhead system. This type of wellhead usually requires a longer penetrator that will seal in the top adapter flange and the tubing hanger. Penetrator O.D. profiles are determined by the design requirements of the tubing hanger. Contact Sales@PFTsys.com or have your wellhead supplier contact us for specific profile designs.
